Now that fashion week is over, people seem to be rushing to get their paws on the hottest trends and items that were seen all over the streets. I mean who wouldn’t want to be twinning with the Hadid sisters or Olivia Culpo? Let me guess, the only things keeping these items from being in your closet are the price and the availability. I feel the same way! Literally all the best items are sold out or are a luxury designer item that costs thousands, like the black sheer skirt from Dior (this skirt is dreams click here!).

The good news is that there are a few of the hottest accessories that I have found that are still available, but trust me these will sell out soon. These items have already sold out before, but were just restocked or are on pre-sale! Check out these hot trends and where to find them below!

Dad Shoes– This trend is HUGE!!! If you want a pair of designer dad shoes, then you will need to wait in line! The Balenciaga Triple S are probably the hottest ones, and these are completely sold out. People are reselling these for $2,000, even though they were $850 retail price. I want a pair sooooooo bad, but found another option that I love too, not nearly as much, but still love and are WAYYYYY cheaper. These also sold out super fast and are only pre-sale right now, and not available until May. Can’t wait to wear mine in the sunshine of spring! The Barneys FILA Disrupter 2 Lux are super amazing. They are what I like to call pugly, cute like a pug……so ugly that they are cute. These are a must have!

Le Specs-These are the sunnies that I have been ranting and raving over on Instagram! They were seriously EVERYWHERE during fashion week. Some of the biggest bloggers and models were rocking these babies and they have already sold out once.

Black Gucci Belt– This is definitely not a new trend, but is still hard to get your hands on. They just restocked this gorg belt HERE! Sizes seriously sell out fast! When choosing your size, first decide if you want to wear it high waisted or around your hips. It will completely change your size!

Designer Statement Socks– This is a pretty crazy one! I can’t believe these are selling out! I mean…socks selling out????? Anyway, this trend is so cute to wear with your dad shoes, sock boots, and heels. It is definite must-have to achieve the ultimate street look! Check out the hottest socks below!
